A new Bruckner CD from Gerd Schaller
ongoing BRUCKNER2024 Project. We have received the a new recording of Bruckner's Symphony No. 8 (version 1887), the Symphony No 9 and a new recording of the Symphony No. 7 transcribed for organ - all with Philharmonie Festiva. In 2024, Schaller completed a newly revised version of the Finale to Bruckner's Symphony No. 9. The same version of the Ninth was also recorded last January in Great Britain with the London Philharmonic Orchestra. That special production is now available on this website at a special discount. To give you a glimpse into what is coming soon in the BRUCKNER2024 Project, there will be a new recording of the Symphony No. 7 which will replace the recording made back in July of 2008.
