A new Bruckner CD from Gerd Schaller
ongoing BRUCKNER2024 Project. In the coming months, we will receive the a new recording of Bruckner's Symphony No. 8 (version 1887), the Symphony No 9 and a new recording of the Symphony No. 7 - all with Philharmonie Festiva. In 2024, Schaller completed a newly revised version of the Finale to Bruckner's Symphony No. 9. The same version of the Ninth was also recorded last January in Great Britain with the London Philharmonic Orchestra. That special production is the next to be released and will be available on this website as soon as stock arrives. To give you a glimpse into what is coming soon in the BRUCKNER2024 Project, there will be a Bruckner 9th with the revised finale performed with the Philharmonia Festiva, and 1887 version of the Symphony No. 8 and a new recording of the Symphony No. 7 which will replace the recording made back in July of 2008.
