Benjamin-Gunnar Cohrs passed away on November 21st after suffering a heart attack. Cohrs was best known for his work on the Finale of the Bruckner Symphony No. 9 in which he collaborated with John Phillips, Nicola Samale and Guiseppe Mazzuca. Most recently, he was working on an "Urtext Edition" of the Bruckner symphonies and many were being recorded for a series with Simon Rattle and the London Symphony Orchestra.
