London Symphony Program: 1929 Concert / Bruckner 8th / Klemperer
This program booklet comes from the concert of Wednesday, November 20th, 1929 which featured a performance of the Bach Orchestra Suite No. 3 and the Bruckner Symphony No. 8. Otto Klemperer conducted the London Symphony Orchestra.

The Courtauld-Sargent Club Concerts were a series of special concerts given in Queen's Hall where a section of seats were reserved for club members who received discounted admission in return for a club subscription.

The program booklet gives a nice introduction to the composer and his Eighth Symphony.
