The 2026 Brucknerfest schedule has been announced and there is very little in the way of Bruckner's music to be presented. There are several concerts that will deal with Bruckner's music in improvisations, there is the Beethoven Sonata Movement orchestrated by Bruckner and even the Visconti film, "Senso" which incorporates Bruckner's music in the score, but even on October 11th, the day of Bruckner's death, the Cleveland Orchestra with Franz Welser-Moest performs the Symphonia Domestica of Richard Strauss.
