The Third Republic - 1929-1940 (1970)A French documentary first broadcast on French television on June 30, 1970 uses historical film footage to describe life in the short-lived Third French Republic. The music (the Scherzo of the Bruckner Symphony No. 9) was taken from a commercial recording by Zubin Mehta.
