Howie, Crawford: Bruckner's Sacred and Semi-Sacred Music
Bruckner scholar, Crawford Howie recently updated his survey of Bruckner's sacred and semi-sacred music. It was part of a larger study of Austrian church music in the period 1750-1900, including Schubert's sacred music (which has already been published elsewhere). As next year marks the Bruckner bicentenary, Professor Howie has granted permission to us to post this unpublished survey.
