The recording has been offered several times but usually only the first movement and an incomplete second movement have been offered. For this recording, the final Adagio is offered although the first few bars and the final bars are missing due to the loss of those transcription matrixes. Due to the nature of Bruckner's Scherzos, the incomplete second movement has been reconstructed. Unless the missing discs are discovered someday, this is as much of this performance as we can hear today.
