This recording is available for 49 cents per movement from eclassical.com. The recording has been released on a CD but it was a private release by the Polish Radio and is virtually impossible to find.
There are two different recordings of the Bruckner 4th available on this site (the other is the Gunther Neuhold recording which is available on a budget CD) so make sure you download the right movements.
You want: I-18:34; II-14:50; III-10:53; IV-18:54.
